GPP Training Manual by Coach X and 62:
Finally EFS convinced Coach X and 62 to relinquish one of their
exclusive off season football training programs. This 6 week intensive
GPP (General Physical Preparedness) program is divided into 3 training
blocks; each block is two weeks.
This is not a training manual but an
ACTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM designed to enhance the over all conditioning
of the football player. X and 62 could easily charge between $150.00 -
$200.00 per training session like many of the Guru’s in the strength
and conditioning industry but have decided to offer this program to you
for under $2.00 per session. If this is not enough, they are both
available to take your questions about the program on EFS online Q and
A.
- Develop, reestablish, and increase your work capacity.
- Reintroduce yourself to the strength development and dynamic flexibility.
- Start eliminating structural weaknesses developed over the course of a season.
- Provide a functional background on hypertrophy and strength training.
- Using lower intensities will provide a means of active restoration.
- Start eliminating unwanted body fat.
Beginners Training Manual:
The Beginner Training manual is a 12 week program
that tells you exactly what to do and when to do it. This is perfect
for anyone that is confused as to how to put "The Darkside" together.
Includes every exercise and every set/rep on each day. So stop trying
to sort through the literature and get the Beginner Training Manual.
