The latest thing in todays bech shirts is how to tune up or “jack up” the shirt. Bash Pro shirt can be jacked up in several ways.

Pull the collar down and the shirt takes more weight. The second step is to pull it all the way down from shoulders. You can also turn the collar double. Every trick makes the shirt take more weight.

Bash Pro enables you to take everything out of the sleeve. The sleeve works as a leverage bar on the shirt and the Bash Pro´s tapered, tight sleeve design makes the twisting easy. Specially when shirt is put on turned inside out. This way the shirt helps you all the to the lock out.

This too techniques takes time and practise but give more out of the shirt. Bash Pro is the shirt of the real pro´s and takes also guts and attitude. For example, 4 Finnish top lifters made pr´s using the exact same shirt. Ano Turtiainen, Kari Kalliola, Jaani Vilen and Esa Vinni all used size 56.
